Submission Instructions

• All submitted papers must be in English.
• The English should be correct and clear.
• Submitted papers must not exceed 10 pages under the given template.
• Submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered for publication elsewhere. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period.
• Submissions should follow the template and be submitted in Word or LaTeX, along with a PDF version.
• All papers should be submitted via This platform. Submissions sent elsewhere are not considered.

Paper Template

Use the Springer Series Template to prepare your submission in ICAIMA'25. The submitted paper should be no less than 5 pages and should not exceed 10 pages.

Review Process

• Incomplete documents and documents not obeying the submission guidelines will not be reviewed.
• All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and reviewers on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics, originality, significance, and clarity.
• Duplicate publication of the authors work, in whole or in part without proper citation, is not tolerated.
• All articles will be checked in TURNITIN, and any ethical misconduct will be seriously considered.

Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing in major academic databases.
